Hours and compensation:
- Hours are not guaranteed and vary week-to-week, but candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 3 PM
- If hired, you'll start at 6-12 hours/week to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business. As training progresses and responsibility expands, will increase up to 30 hours/week

- Physical stamina is important! Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb stairs, and use a step stool or small ladder
- Experience in organizing, home staging, interior styling, or related fields (not required, but a plus!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement customized, sustainable organizing systems in a variety of home and professional spaces
- Assist clients in editing their personal items
- Label, sort, and arrange items with efficiency and aesthetic in mind
- Unpackage and properly place product and housewares
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Drive to and from client locations as needed
- Lift, carry, and move items (up to 50 lbs) when necessary
- Handle donations or disposal tasks as part of the editing process; handle product pickups and dropoffs
